A strategic and experienced financial professional to lead financial management, reporting, and analysis for a company's growth and success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial operations, drive financial strategy, and provide executive-level insights. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  2. Strategic Analysis & Planning: Provide strategic financial analysis, lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  3. Systems Integration & Process Optimization: Ensure seamless integration with inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems.
  4. Compliance & Risk Management: Manage relationships with external auditors, ensure US GAAP compliance, and identify financial risks.
  5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, and at least 3-5 years as a Controller or senior financial management role. Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms is essential.

Work Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment, align with Central Time business hours, and possess strong project management skills. Experience in process improvement, change management, and excellent communication/presentation skills are highly desirable.
