Job Description

This role is centered around supporting digital marketing initiatives, creating B2B content, and developing sales collateral to drive growth across various event markets.

You will work closely with the client to create targeted email campaigns, update and optimize their B2B websites and landing pages, and coordinate posting of B2B-focused social media content.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledgeable about SEO and B2B marketing best practices.

A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are crucial for this position, as you will be responsible for tracking competitor marketing and providing monthly trend reports.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or design (hospitality/events a plus)
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Skilled in project management tools (Notion) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing strategies
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setup
