Implementation Operations Specialist Role

The role of Implementation Operations Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our plan platform. This entry-level position requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plan installation operations process, working closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines, conducting operational work related to bulk plan conversions, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to work with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, project management software like Jira, and CRM platforms including Salesforce.
