Expert Financial Planning Specialist

A seasoned tax professional with expertise in financial planning, team collaboration, and project management is sought after. This role involves the preparation and submission of accurate and timely federal, state, and local tax returns.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 990.
- Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure data accuracy and supporting documentation.
- Review trial balances, fixed asset schedules, and reports for compliance and completeness.
- Communicate professionally with clients via clear and concise emails.
- Manage outsourced staff, assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience with strong general ledger knowledge.
- 2-4 years of tax return preparation experience (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 990).
- Proficiency in UltraTax and Fixed Assets CS.
- Experience using Soroban or Stanford Tax platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and delegate tasks to outsourced team members.
