Virtual Assistant for Environmental Team

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our Environmental Monitoring team.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Environmental Monitoring team, including data entry, document preparation, and project coordination.
  • Use online platforms such as Podio.com and Google Workspace to manage projects, CRM, and other processes.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and proposals for the team.
  • Update existing records and import/export data as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams or departments.
