Project Manager Role Summary

A highly skilled Project Manager is required to oversee various projects aimed at enhancing organizational operations and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automation and Marketing, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and monitoring project timelines, milestones, and budgets;
  • Ensuring alignment between marketing and operational goals;
  • Identifying and implementing automation tools and systems to streamline workflows;
  • Automating administrative tasks, data collection, and reporting using tools such as CRM systems, email marketing automation, and project management platforms;

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the non-profit sector;
  • Proven experience in integrating automation tools and processes in marketing operations;
  • Familiarity with Circle.so and GiveButter;
