As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Your expertise will ensure scalability and usability for various business units, while your analytical skills will help identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators that support strategic objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality insights.
  • Create, publish, and manage interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable information for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical BI specifications and deliverables.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to efficiently retrieve and manipulate large datasets from relational and non-relational databases.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across BI platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in BI visualization tools, advanced SQL skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions is highly desirable, as is knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation and statistical analysis.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, including experience with DAX, custom visuals, or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures, and working with large, complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Proven experience with ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and best practices for database design.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based BI and data solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, meaningful insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
