About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at DCD Foods Franchising OPC'. As a full-time Data Analyst based in Pulung Maragul Angeles City Pampanga, you will play a crucial role in our sales analysis and reporting efforts, contributing to the strategic growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse and interpret complex sales data from various sources
  2. Develop and maintain customised reporting dashboards and visualisations to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders
  3. Identify trends, patterns and opportunities within the data to inform business decisions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations
  5. Automate reporting processes and enhance data processing efficiency
  6. Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the sales or analysis & reporting domain
  2. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with sales data and key performance metrics within the industry
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
