Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop effective design strategies.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products and services.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design implementations align with design specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX Designer in a reputable agency or company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
