Quality Assurance and Risk Management LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Risk Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management across our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and establish quality guidelines for drivers, ensuring they align with our overall business objectives.
  2. Review driver performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to enhance their skills.
  3. Lead projects to improve the quality of services provided by our drivers, including developing training programs, providing feedback, and implementing new processes.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent fraud, including creating procedures, educating drivers about fraud risks, and implementing security measures.
  5. Analyze data and use detection tools to identify potential fraudulent activities, respond promptly to detected fraud, and work with relevant authorities if necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in quality management or fraud prevention roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance practices and fraud detection techniques.
