Job Overview

NMS Philippines seeks a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to provide administrative support in ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintains physical and digital filing systems to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  2. Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents to meet company standards.
  3. Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines to prevent downtime.
  4. Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
  5. Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations.
  6. Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
