Role Summary:

WFM Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled WFM Planning Specialist to provide strategic leadership and vision to our workforce management initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, capacity plans, and schedule plans to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to minimize client dissatisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and improve employee engagement.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling processes to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in WFM planning or a related field.
  • High proficiency in computer software and systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
