LOOKING FOR Home Health Coder (Part Time/Full time)

Qualifications:
• Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
• 6 months recent Home Health experience required
• Certification in Home Health Coding (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10) is a plus.
ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities
• Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
• Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
• Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
• Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
• Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.
Expected salary: ₱60,000 - ₱90,000 per month
