Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving volume targets in assigned distributor territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with regional and national objectives
  • Manage trade spend in assigned geographical territories
  • Provide input in volume forecasting processes and manage returns, BO, and pull-out according to communication strategy and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sales and distribution functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills
  • Fresh graduates with strong leadership qualities are welcome to apply
