Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adjust strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and negotiation tactics
