About the Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations expert to build, optimize and own marketing systems and workflows.

This role involves collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more are running seamlessly — automating tasks, improving lead flow, and delivering clean, actionable data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the Marketing Tech Stack: Administering various marketing platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Gravity Forms, and more. Setting up, auditing, and optimizing integrations, tracking, and system performance.
  • Automating & Streamlining: Building workflows for lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign processes — minimizing manual work and increasing scale.
  • Campaign Tech Support: Setting up UTM tracking, landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure to ensure accurate reporting and smooth execution.
  • Lead Management & Attribution: Maintaining data accuracy, lead segmentation, scoring models, and funnel tracking across platforms.
  • Reporting & Insights: Building dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex. Monitoring marketing KPIs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • A/B Testing & Funnel Improvements: Running tests across emails, pages, and flows to boost conversions and funnel performance.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills
Success Metrics

Within 30 days: Understand the business, tech stack, and how systems connect.

Within 60 days: Actively improve workflows and manage data operations.

Within 90 days: Confidently own systems, fix issues, and ship improvements.
