A Day in the Life:

As Senior Growth Analyst, you will audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs, crafting integrated marketing plans that optimize channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Determine optimal budget allocation by channel, medium, and objective
  • Collaboration: Work with specialists to ensure seamless alignment between channel-level strategies and overall plans
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business decisions
  • Forecasting and Projections: Develop accurate forecasts and projections to align with client objectives and budgets
Role Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns and/or clients with significant spend
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools like Asana and Slack
