Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent for our US clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. You will work closely with our Internal Recruiting Team to source and prequalify candidates for specific client requisitions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Recruitment Team: Proactively source and prequalify candidates for US client requisitions.
  • Generate Candidate Interest: Develop innovative strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Pre-qualify Talent: Profiling, gauging interest level, and timing through phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between US clients and candidates on behalf of team members.
  • Sourced and Maintained Contact Information: Active pipeline candidates emphasizing US-based talent acquisition.
  • Identify and Implement New Ways: Source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates, specifically tailored to the US market.
  • Maintain and Update Databases: ATS – Applicant Tracking System (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Support US recruitment operations as required.

Candidate Management:

  • Develop and Update Job Descriptions: Focus on US market requirements.
  • Collect and Maintain Contact Information: US-based talent from online databases/job boards, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Efficiently Manage Candidate Flow: Emphasizing the importance of US talent acquisition.
  • Conduct Phone Interviews: Evaluate candidates for open positions and internal interviews.
  • Assist with Client/Candidate Coordination: Ensure a seamless US recruitment process.
  • Continuously Maintain Databases: Prioritize US-based candidates.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Expert/native proficiency level in both oral and written English.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Crucial for effective US recruitment operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, and Excel essential for US recruitment administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS: Essential tools for US recruitment.
  • Willingness to Work Flexible Hours: Accommodate US clients and candidate needs.
