We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist/Executive Assistant with strong expertise in SQL or similar database tools. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, capable of working independently to analyze data, streamline workflows, and enhance existing systems.

This role will involve managing and optimizing complex Excel-based datasets, transitioning them to SQL or other database platforms, and providing administrative support to the executive team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex Excel-based datasets, with potential migration to SQL or other database systems
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement
  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives
  • Utilize project management tools such as Asana (or similar) to coordinate tasks and track progress
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Required:
  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
