As a business intelligence expert, you will play a vital role in extracting and manipulating operational data to drive informed decision-making.
You will analyze performance metrics such as turnaround time, error rates, and volume trends to identify key opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design executive-level reporting packages that align with strategic objectives and client expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing impactful data visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Recommending and implementing improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools.
- Maintaining a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardizing reporting templates across departments.
