Financial Record Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and generate financial reports.
Responsibilities- Record and post journal entries accurately and timely
- Investigate and resolve issues within QuickBooks Online (QBO), including
- Payment discrepancies related to "Deposit to Account."
- Credit card sync errors and related reconciliation
- Incorrectly applied payments
- Integrations with third-party payment software
- Generate and run custom expense reports using the General Ledger
- Reclassify entries and adjust accounts as necessary to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Purely work-from-home arrangement
