Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator Data Entry professional to handle vendor bill processing across our global entities.

This role will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering bills into Commonsku and QuickBooks Online in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Ensuring timely and precise data entry, this position supports our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Commonsku is a plus.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.
