Financial Record Specialist

The Corporate Accounting Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reporting to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Function as part of the Finance team to ensure financial processes are accurate and organized.
Support general bookkeeping and accounting procedures, ensuring timely data entry and reconciliation. Safekeep all financial documents and ensure organized filing of accounting records. Execute clerical and administrative tasks related to accounting, as needed. Provide additional support to management during audits or other busy times.
RequirementsCurious and authentic individuals with analytical and critical thinking skills. Passionate about client satisfaction and proactive in meeting deadlines. Adaptable to change and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes. Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software is required.
EducationBachelor's / College Degree in Accounting or any related field. Preferably with 1 - 2 years of accounting experience.
