Senior Brand Design Manager

The role involves overseeing brand standards and guidelines across various touchpoints, scaling from master planning to signage and FF&E design.

Responsibilities include ensuring brand look and feel and voice consistency throughout all expressions, taking a strong design stance to challenge the status quo and suggest constant improvements in expression and execution.

Strategic thinking is essential, along with deep empathy for customers both internally and externally. Delivering innovative direction and concepts that inspire teams and stakeholders is also crucial.

Candidates must be graduates of Architecture or Interior Architecture with at least 10 years of experience in architectural / interior / brand consultancy. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software is necessary.

This position offers a hybrid working set-up in Ortigas, Pasig. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal cross functions and external architectural and design consultancies to brainstorm, develop and create creative and practical design solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency, coaching and immersing new approaches to design practice, and consulting, reviewing and advising on project pitches.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will deliver impactful presentations and articulate strategies and design direction effectively.

Flexibility to work across diverse brand expressions is vital, from self-ordering kiosks to outdoor patio design, branded architecture to drive thru technologies. Oversight of all touchpoints covers a vast range of design, required to work together for a consistent customer experience.
