Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
