We are seeking a highly skilled Publishing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our publishing process, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of children's books from concept to publication.

  • Review drafts, organize book-related files, and maintain documentation.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in publishing, editorial support, or project coordination in a creative field. You should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience collaborating with creatives such as illustrators and writers.

  • Project Coordination: Oversee the development of children's books from concept to publication.
  • Content Support: Assist with reviewing drafts, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
  • Marketing & Advertising Assistance: Support promotional efforts and prepare content for listings.
  • Publishing Support: Research self-publishing best practices, format manuscripts, track royalties, and analyze sales results.
