Job Overview

A Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading a team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with other managers to resolve client issues and develop reporting systems that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the service center manager in the US to provide support and resolve client concerns.
  • Develop and implement reporting systems to track client interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build domain knowledge of benefits technologies to effectively consult with clients.
  • Manage team members, providing training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with staff to promote career growth and foster a positive work environment.
  • Drive consistency in team processes and deliverables to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Balance workload and optimize team utilization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (desired).
  • At least 4 years' experience in customer service.
  • Working knowledge of health & welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
