We are seeking a meticulous data professional to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data across our internal systems. This role is vital to keeping our operations running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who is proficient in data management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain product, sales, and inventory data in company systems.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of records across multiple platforms.
  • Verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.
  • Generate, organize, and maintain reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Protect sensitive information by following strict data confidentiality protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a data specialist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management software.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
