About the Customer Support Role

Our team seeks a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert in our products, possessing in-depth knowledge of how they work.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Collect feedback and contribute to shaping product direction.
  • Identify issues and collaborate with the development team to escalate bugs or obtain missing information.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale support as the business grows.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, including knowledge base articles.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Proficiency in various computer software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional documents and present to clients.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to listen actively and handle criticism without taking it personally.
  • Engage in robust dialogue, maintaining an open mind and willingness to learn.
