- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position within a related industry.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience and ability to receive constructive feedback.
