Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and delivering tailored solutions for businesses using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

This role involves supporting the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.

Additionally, the successful candidate will drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.

The Salesforce Engineer will also be responsible for monitoring updates and optimizing business processes, providing day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.

Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment is also required.

The successful candidate will champion feedback, an agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience.

They will provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.

  • Collaboration Mindset: Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Platform Health & Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
