Administrative Support Role

This position involves providing crucial administrative support to a team of HR professionals in delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, manage candidate interviews, and maintain open communication with applicants.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters and policy manuals.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation preparation and induction.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.

For this role, we seek candidates who possess:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Requirements Overview

While no prior experience in human resources is necessary, having knowledge of its principles and practices can be beneficial. Furthermore, proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software can make a candidate more competitive.
