Apt Resources is excited to announce an opportunity for Admin Assistants to join our Human Resources Consultancy team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our HR professionals, helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating candidate interviews, managing schedules, and communicating with applicants
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases accurately
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy manuals
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation preparation and induction
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff
  • Support various administrative functions as required
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is advantageous
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
    • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
