Creative Packaging Specialist

As a packaging designer, you will support the development of product packaging by assisting the creative team in creating functional and visually appealing solutions.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with attention to detail and ensures that all packaging meets brand guidelines, communicates product value, and adheres to technical/production and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative assets and execute designs effectively.
- Prepare consistent print-ready artwork with the compliance team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
- Support the refinement of packaging assets to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator role.
- Intermediate proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Photoshop and project management tools like Slack or Asana is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
