Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire seller operation, from daily execution to long-term strategy. Key areas of focus include account health and compliance, case management, listing creation and optimisation, data analysis, logistics and inventory reconciliation, forecasting and planning, pricing and promotions management, product information management, customer service, and process development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure account meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and scales effectively.
  2. Monitor performance metrics and address compliance issues to maintain a strong standing across all marketplaces.
  3. Submit cases to Amazon for issues and secure reimbursements as necessary.
  4. Create and refine product listings for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  5. Analyse trends and drive data-backed decisions using Helium 10 and Google Sheets.
  6. Oversee shipment creation, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile inventory, and maintain data accuracy for purchase orders and products.
  7. Forecast demand and optimise replenishment strategies to meet business needs.
  8. Develop pricing strategies, manage vouchers and deals, and analyse performance.
  9. Maintain a centralised database of product data, pricing, packaging specifications, and variations.
  10. Respond to customer enquiries and manage product and seller account reviews.
  11. Design and implement systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support future growth.
