Job Title: Amazon Case Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time

We're seeking an experienced Amazon case manager with a strong background in supplements to own backend troubleshooting and resolution across Seller Central.

To ensure compliance and optimize listings, you'll submit and manage cases, escalate issues, and guarantee ASINs remain live and compliant.

  • Manage case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.
  • Act as the go-to expert for backend resolution – ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues within the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
