Job Overview
As a key member of our team, the Lease Accounting Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the accurate recording of lease transactions and related journal entries.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the lease accounting team in processing lease transactions, ensuring timely and accurate postings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial statements and related disclosures, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing process, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Provide support with ad-hoc requests and mailbox management, showcasing excellent communication skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Shared service experience is beneficial; Lease or Fixed Asset accounting expertise is necessary.
- Familiarity with A2R, ERP Systems (SAP), and Microsoft Excel (Macro) is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Finance-related field is required.
Work Schedule:
- Middle shift preference, but flexibility to work graveyard shifts when needed.
Remote Work Option:
- Hybrid setup: 3 days office-based and 2 days work-from-home arrangement.
