Job Title

The role involves high-level engagement with senior executives and external stakeholders, end-to-end orchestration across processes and services, and delivering actionable executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior executives and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by the Client Management team.
  • Engage clients throughout the process to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Publish engineering scorecards to executives and boards.
  • Communicate crisply at the executive level and dive deep with operators when needed.
  • Act as the product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
  • Become a trusted advisor to sponsors and drive change management initiatives.
  • Leverage knowledge of programs and investments (e.g. Microsoft Technology Center, executive briefing center, partner workshops) and proactively engage stakeholders.
  • Orient and maintain local language social media content calendars in alignment with global and local content strategy.
  • Ensure executive-ready reporting is always accessible and actionable.
Requirements
  • Have a college degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related areas.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, compliance-related issues, and investor relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels (from executives to frontline employees).
  • Experience with setting and reporting on metrics and scorecards for leadership audiences.
  • Experience in the administration, installation, and maintenance of Windows operating systems (e.g. Windows 2000/2003/2008), VMware/ESXi, and networking basics.
  • Experience with clustering, system and network security, server and workstation installation and setup, and basic scripting (e.g. PowerShell, VBScript) is a plus.

  • Provide support to applications such as Enterprise Project Management servers.
