We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Controller to join our team. As the primary financial leader, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong cash flow, and optimizing financial management processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all transactions are reconciled accurately and on time.
  2. Reconcile inventory balances regularly and collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory processes.
  3. Analyze operational expenses monthly to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  4. Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursement to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.
  5. Partner with leadership and departmental teams to analyze financial impact, support strategic initiatives, and drive company growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.

Qualifications:
