Technical Consultant for Salesforce

A functional consultant will provide advice and support to businesses, recommending and configuring technology-based solutions to address their specific needs. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including employees and team members, to understand business requirements and implement projects effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow configuration, project delivery, and implementation, upgrade, and support experience. A bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant courses is also required.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and gather information to understand company needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with company employees and stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models.
  • Support delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales to develop and review proposals.
