We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive engineering excellence and deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading engineering teams, driving technical vision, and delivering results-oriented solutions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving technical innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Execution & Delivery
    • Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritization to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
    • Drive a consistent and high-quality development process across multiple engineering squads.
    • Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic goals into executable engineering work.
    • Identify and resolve architectural or technical debt issues, escalating to Principal Engineer as needed.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and support a team of software engineers, creating an environment where they can do their best work.
    • Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
    • Collaborate with engineers' technical leads or mentors to ensure ongoing growth and capability development.
  • Process Improvements
    • Implement and refine lightweight processes that enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.
    • Champion code quality, test automation, observability, and security best practices.
    • Collaborate with security stakeholders to ensure operational discipline (SOC2 readiness).
What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Strong technical background in modern web development.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in high-velocity teams that ship iteratively while maintaining high standards.
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
