Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced technical leader to join our team as a Software Engineering Manager.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and coaching engineering teams to achieve exceptional results. You will drive architectural decisions, software design, and technical implementation alongside engineers, while also managing multiple teams using current tools and improving agile practices.

  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term scalability and sustainability, recruiting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation in process, tools, and technology, supporting budgeting and resource allocation decisions with technical insights.

  • Champion engineering best practices, code quality, testing, and operational excellence, inspiring the team with stretch goals and enabling them to achieve success.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles.

  • Strong engineering background – proven track record in designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and balance competing priorities, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.

  • Highly creative, able to challenge conventional approaches and drive innovative solutions.

  • Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability.
