Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the upload, organization, and tagging of digital content for optimal accessibility

  • Review content for quality and accuracy, flagging inconsistencies as necessary
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and progress monitoring
  • Provide timely updates and task status through internal tools and channels
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment, with minimal supervision
