Web Content Specialist Role Overview

GrowthAssistant is seeking an experienced digital content professional to create impactful web experiences and drive career growth in digital operations.

This role involves collaboration with a global team, building and managing web pages using Contentful, and working across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform wireframes and project briefs into fully functional Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives.
  • Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across multiple languages.
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch.
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages.
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs.
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content.
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions).
