Job Overview

This role is a crucial part of managing and maintaining digital content across multiple client accounts. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in organizing and structuring content vaults, ensuring seamless content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Upload, organize and categorize digital content for optimal accessibility.
  • Maintain organized folder structures, naming conventions, and documentations.
  • Support the creation of script templates to ensure tone consistency.

  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
