Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven content professional to take full ownership of our digital presence.

This is a full-time, remote role working directly with leadership to shape and grow our brand voice across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, digital strategy, and audience engagement.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage a consistent content calendar for social media, email, and blog content
  • Develop engaging content (posts, stories, carousels, photos, and captions) aligned with our brand tone
  • Manage community engagement — respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster trust and connection
  • Maintain a professional, polished, and on-brand visual style across all content
  • Content Creation & Editing:
  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content using in-clinic footage
  • Write compelling, concise captions and headlines that resonate with audiences and the community
  • Collaborate with staff to gather stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational content
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Blog Writing & SEO: Write 2-4 blog posts per month focused on healthcare, wellness, and patient education
  • Perform basic keyword research and optimize posts for search engine optimization using tools like Google Keyword Planner or similar
  • Email Marketing: Design and send engaging email campaigns to our list of patients and subscribers
  • Write updates, promotions, and health-related content that supports patient education and retention
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize future sends
  • Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Participate in regular team check-ins via virtual meetings
  • Use project management tools to stay connected with leadership and staff
  • Track performance metrics across platforms; provide monthly reporting with insights and recommendations
  • Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or content creation (healthcare industry experience a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and backup options
  • Proven ability to grow and manage online communities and increase engagement organically
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and audience-centric communication
  • Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Adobe Premiere Rush, or CapCut)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Understanding of search engine optimization fundamentals and blog writing best practices
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with regular team collaboration
