Job Opportunity: Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation solutions that drive efficiency and quality.

About the Role:

  • You will write scripts and create automation environments for repeated tests, ensuring maximum test coverage and minimal manual testing effort.
  • Design, test, and deploy test automation solutions using industry-leading tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
  • Prioritize test scenarios and create execution plans, leveraging your technical expertise to optimize testing processes.
  • Document test plans, cases, and procedures, maintaining detailed records of testing activities.
  • Log bugs and track issues in our system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects efficiently.
  • Set up and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines, integrating automation into our development workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, with a strong background in programming languages like Java and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, offshore/nearshore/onshore models, and continuous integration principles.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of automation experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • In addition to automation, Test Automation Engineers may perform exploratory testing to better understand functionality from a customer perspective.
