Software Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance and Testing Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work on software applications, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions.


In this role, you will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet the required standards and quality expectations.


You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks. You will also investigate and debug test failures, provide detailed reports, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues promptly.


This position requires a strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript, as well as experience with CI/CD concepts and tools. You should be familiar with agile development methodologies and have excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Design & Development: Design, develops, and maintains automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Typescript, etc.).
  • Integration & Execution: Collaborates with senior engineers to integrate software solutions into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Quality Collaboration & Defect Resolution: Investigates and debugs test failures, providing detailed reports and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
