Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our clinical services and drive excellence in patient care.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new clinical practices, policies, procedures, and systems to enhance existing clinic services and improve patient care standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase profitability;
  • Presiding over monthly meetings to address clinic operation concerns and implement new policies and protocols;
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective policies and procedures across administrative and operational areas;
  • Resolving administrative and operational issues;
  • Acting as liaison between the clinic and external parties;
  • Coordinating with Cluster Heads and Sales & Marketing teams to address customer expectations and complaints;
  • Monitoring staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage daily;
  • Endorsing doctor applicants to Cluster Heads for credentialing and managing documentation;
  • Coordinating with HRD to prepare and explain consultancy contracts to approved consultants;
  • Conducting performance evaluations for clinic personnel and validating appraisal results;
  • Identifying training needs and recommending development programs for staff;
  • Ensuring proper use of safety devices and adherence to safety instructions to prevent workplace accidents;
  • Participating in emergency response activities, including disaster drills;
  • Reporting hazards to supervisors and participating in safety and health training programs;
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
