Southwestern University Medical Center is looking for a Clinic Operations Head

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the performance management of clinic staff from goal setting, evaluation, performance improvement plan

  • Communicates updates to clinic staff from other departments such as changes in processes, new policies, manpower, new products and services, etc.

  • Ensures compliance on health and safety protocols

  • Facilitates employee coaching, counselling, employee discipline in collaboration with the respective support group departments

  • Ensures compliance of clinic staff to quality standards, clinic processes and policies, mandated protocols (ex., DOH), patient safety

  • Addresses customers/patient complaints, and feedback; escalates to the respective departments on a timely manner

  • Analyzes employee feedback, and recommends process improvements, and programs to deliver efficient and effective services

  • Conducts monthly Management meetings (or as necessary) with all Section Heads and/or staff

  • Updates the Mancom on metrics, and action items (monthly/weekly/annually)

  • Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and clinic facilities

  • Facilitates the approval and ordering of new equipment, and supplies

  • Collaborates with the Finance department on operational concerns related to AR, AP

  • Oversees stock management, and ensures completeness of supplies

  • Collaborates and maintains partnership with key accounts (corporate, LGUs)

  • Coordinates doctor concerns to the Medical Directors Office (ex., doctors' contracts, payments, non-compliance)

  • Addresses and resolves audit findings in collaboration with the different support group units (eg., DOH, internal audit)

  • Recommends activities and programs in collaboration with the support group to grow revenue, market share, and development of new products and services

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any medical courses

  • Has strong leadership & conflict management skills

  • Has excellent inter-personal and communication skills

  • Good clinic management & analytical skills

  • Has knowledge/use of clinical practice & guidelines

  • Willing to start ASAP
